Refund & Returns
You are eligible for a return, full refund, exchange or replacement if you have received the incorrect item. If Route protection is not purchased than we're not responsible for damage or lost items/packages.
You can return your item or we will replace your manufacture-defected item within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, you will be asked to fill our Product Issue Form to provide us with a description of the issue, a photo or video of the item, and the SKU (if applicable). Items must be in original packaging and unused, If there are signs of wear item cannot be returned and a refund will not be issued.
Once a custom item is started I cannot cancel or refund you whether this be films or apparel and accessories. Even if things have been ordered, images created/edited etc. this is considered a custom order that has been started.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. In some cases we may ask you to return the item. If so, we will provide you with the return address in an email.
